Connect with a support group

A support group provides a positive and caring environment for you to get help in dealing with the day-to-day stress of managing food allergy and risk of anaphylaxis.

Plus, it’s a great way to keep updated on any new developments in the food allergy community and exchange tips for navigating throughout the year.

Find a support group near you and connect now! If there isn’t one in your community, we’ll help you get one started.

Encore series: Immunotherapy and desensitization

In this series, we feature past online events and webinars.

This month, we’re sharing a past webinar on immunotherapy and desensitization. In this session, hear about food allergen immunotherapy from Dr. Philippe Bégin, what thresholds are and how treatment can change them.

It also includes a discussion on anaphylaxis and how oral food challenges can be used to help determine thresholds. Plus, you’ll learn about how oral immunotherapy works and what it can help accomplish, and the possibilities for future treatments, including other forms of immunotherapy.
