Mythbusters is our regular newsletter feature which addresses common myths and misconceptions about food allergy and anaphylaxis. 

Read below for some of the topics we covered this year, the information can help you and others celebrate the holidays safely and confidently with food allergy. It’s important to know what’s fact versus fiction, and to let others know too.
